The space allocation is created upon receipt of the signed Exhibition Space Contract.
A completed Exhibition Space Contract accompanied by proof of payment should be mailed/faxed to the Exhibition Manager thereby ensuring a reservation with your location of choice.
A revised floor plan is included with the booth confirmation (Modification subject to availability of space).
Participation is finalized only upon confirmation of payment. Allocation is on a “first-come,first-served” basis.
