Please note that set-up is not permitted on May 12, 2015 since the exhibition opens at 09:00.
On the day of set-up, trucks and heavy-duty vehicles may unload equipment at the designated area at the Exhibition Center.

BOOTH FASCIA
Exhibitors who purchase a basic construction stand are requested to note their company name (in English only) to place on the fascia board. The sign will include only the company’s name. Slogans are not permissible.
A pre assigned sole contractor will provide the fascia boards for the booths.
Register your company’ name following the instructions below:
- The sign will contain up to 9 letters per one meter
- The letters will be identical on all signs
EXHIBITOR BADGES
All exhibitors are required to wear badges displaying their company name for the duration of the exhibition. Exhibitors are requested to pick up their badges from the Exhibition Registration Desk on Monday 11, 2015 between 09:00 and 18:00.
EXHIBITOR CATALOG ENTRY
Up to 30-word exhibitor company/product profiles are published within the official exhibition catalogue exhibitor list. This profile must be submitted electronically by e-mail to: [email protected]
PARKING PERMITS
We are pleased to advise that parking is arranged for the set-up/dismantle days, and the duration of the show for Biomed 2015 exhibitors. Parking permits are allocated according to the space rented by exhibiting companies. This service is being provided to exhibitors at no extra charge. In addition to allowed permits, extra permits may be obtained at an additional fee.
Closer to the time of the event, the exhibiting company representative is notified regarding exact details.
INSURANCE
Organizers are responsible for third party insurance, as per the standard procedures at the exhibitions. Exhibitors are advised to purchase insurance policies to ensure their equipment from theft/damage, as well as third-party lawsuits during the exhibition.
SPECIAL EFFECTS MUSIC
The use of loudspeakers and live music at the exhibition area are not allowed. Background music and promotional videos may be used, however please assure that noise level is kept to a minimum to enable well functioning of the business meetings.
SECURITY
General security is provided around the clock.
PUBLIC RELATIONS
Companies displaying novel equipment/system and have in their possession publicity material regarding their product are requested to send the material directly to the public relations firm, please contact them by email for further instructions:

Services provided by the freight forwarder company include:
- Transportation by road, air, ocean
- Temporary and permanent customs clearance
- On-site handling (forklift, cranes and labor)
- Removal, storage and return of empty packing cases
- Re-export formalities and warehouse storage
- Exhibition freighting
