GENERAL INFORMATION

IATI Biomed and Designit invite you to take part in a unique healthcare hackathon built to enable a process of disruptive ideation within the future medical realm.
International hacking teams will comprise of four-five members combining a medical, design, business and software background.

We welcome everyone with a passion for innovation, design and medical background. We also welcome UX/UI designers who think boldly and creatively.

The combined teams will be presented with three challenges to pick from.
Designit will guide the teams with our unique strategic design methods.
Each team will be required to develop a coherent customer experience, concept definition and design.

If you have a team of 3-5 members with the following background (Design, Life Sciences, Software, Strategy and Research) please specify the team members in the notes field, including their full name, background, email, and phone number (each one of the team members needs to appear on the list). If you don’t have a team don’t worry! we will build one for you.

Please bring your laptop computer. We will supply snacks, beverages, power and internet connectivity.

PRIZE FOR WINNING TEAM

The Hackathon winning team will receive:

•  A 10,000 NIS reward
•  A mentoring session with one of the judges
•  A mentoring session with Designit

LOCATION

The Hackathon will take place in Hall 1, Gallery Floor in Hall C4 in the mornings and in the Maxidome during the afternoons.

Registration Tags can be collected from the Registration Desk in the Lobby of Hall 1.

Please Note: Entrance for Participants Registered to the Hackathon is restricted to the Hackathon venues only and entrance is not permitted into the Conference or Exhibition Halls. Lunch is not included in the Hackathon Registration.
