We do not work with these spammers, have not sold our lists to them, and do not approve of their tactics in any way. If you choose to do business with them, we recommend you proceed with caution.
3 WAYS TO IDENTIFY A SCAM EMAIL
- EMAIL EXTENSION: We’ll only send you emails with the extension “@kenes-exhibitions.com.”
- FALSE CLAIMS: Attendees voluntarily registered for the 2023 event. However, we do not sell or share this list, so no outside company has a “list of registered participants.”
- INCORRECT BUSINESS PRACTICES: We have an attendee mailing list, but we DO NOT sell the list. You can request as part of the sponsorship packages to send a message to the list, but only by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org

Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be emailed to the Registration Department.
Emails must be received by 23:59 GMT +3
Kindly note, all refunds will be processed after the event has concluded.
Refund of registration fees are as follows:
- Until July 31, 2023 (by 23:59 GMT+3): Full refund, less $35 USD for bank charges
- From August 1, 2023 through August 16, 2023 (by 23:59 GMT+3): 50% refund
- From August 17, 2023: No refund
