- EMAIL EXTENSION: We’ll only send you emails with the extension “@kenes-exhibitions.com.”
- FALSE CLAIMS: Attendees voluntarily registered for the 2024 event. However, we do not sell or share this list, so no outside company has a “list of registered participants.”
- INCORRECT BUSINESS PRACTICES: We have an attendee mailing list, but we DO NOT sell the list. You can request as part of the sponsorship packages to send a message to the list, but only by contacting [email protected]

Important, kindly note:
- Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at the source in addition to the registration and/or accommodation costs.
- Please ensure the name of the conference (Biomed 2024) and participant(s) are clearly stated on the bank transfer.
- Bank transfers must be received no later than Sunday, May 19, 2024.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be emailed to the Registration Department.
Emails must be received by 23:59 GMT +3. Kindly note, all refunds will be processed after the event has concluded.
Refund of registration fees are as follows.
- Until April 10, 2024 (by 23:59 GMT+3): Full refund, less $35 USD for bank charges
- From April 11, 2024 through April 27, 2024 (by 23:59 GMT+3): 50% refund
- From April 28, 2024: No refund
