MiXiii-Biomed opened its doors this morning and brings the latest news and events in the field of Biomedicine to the attention of the participants. A must for anyone who wants to experience tomorrow’s healthcare market live.

MIXiii-Biomed 2019 Israel, the biggest biomedicine event in Israel,  remains true to its reputation as one of the most innovative biomedicine meetings in the world.

In past conferences, the meeting dealt with diagnosis, monitoring and treatment domains, and will continue to do so this year as well. However, in addition, we have expanded the scope and range of topics to explore trends and innovations that are shaping the future of the healthcare system to its full extent.

Biomed has the honour of hosting some of the top experts in the field of Biomedicine. In all topics we will feature Medical Device, Biopharma, Digital Health and Diagnosis will feature where appropriate.

The opening Plenary session began with the official welcome by the conference co-chairperson and was followed immediately by exciting plenary lectures delivered by Robert King (Goldman Sachs) and Barry Greene (Alnylam Pharmaceuticals). 

There are nine main tracks and on day one the conference is focussing on the following:

• Gene Editing and Gene Therapy: The Next Frontier in Human Health
• Transforming Medicine: Artificial Intelligence and Digital Health
• Disruptive and Advanced Medical Devices

After a full day of sessions, the Gala Event will take place at the poolside area and we look forward to welcoming our participants there.
