MIXIIi-Biomed 2019, is the leading event of the life sciences industry in Israel and this year, the 18^th edition will be held from May 14-16 at the David Intercontinental Hotel, Tel Aviv.

Companies will be given the sort-after opportunity to present their activities to industry leaders from Israel and around the world.

This year’s conference will focus on the broad spectrum of health care services: from prevention to rehabilitation and everything in between. As in past conferences, this year the conference will also deal with diagnosis, monitoring and treatment. Trends and innovations that shape the future of the healthcare system will be explored in full.

MIXiii-Biomed showcases a huge exhibition of companies from the industry and provides a unique area where Israeli start-ups will present the latest and most innovative developments in the life sciences industry. Alongside the exhibition will be the main conference with the participation of expert speakers, from Israel and around the world, to discuss the most pressing issues in the field.

The BIOMED conference is organized by leading Israeli and international health institutions to expose participants to ideas and learning, and to allow local and global participants to connect knowledge and ideas. This event is aimed at bringing together Israeli and international participants. The conference presents a unique and exciting opportunity to participate in discussions, panel presentations, and presentation of products, and is paving the way for business cooperation. More than 6,000 industry executives, scientists, doctors, engineers and investors are expected to attend the conference, including about 1,000 international participants from 45 countries and more than 4,500 one-on-one meetings.

Start-ups / Start-up Pavilion

The MIXIIi-BIOMED exhibition will be built under the auspices of the Israel Innovation Authority, a start-up complex dedicated to companies that offer groundbreaking advances in the life sciences. A call for start-ups has recently been launched and successful applicants will exhibit in the Start Up Pavilion, a strategically located section in the exhibition area. This is a very popular area that is a focal point for local and foreign visitors and creates an opportunity for innovative start-ups to meet with the industry’s leading people and create targeted exposure for them.

Forty-five start-ups will be selected from the total number of registered companies, with 15 companies exhibiting at the pavilion each day.

In order to register, the companies must first complete the registration form by March 14. The companies that registered will be interviewed by the committee responsible for the start-up area. The committee will decide which companies will be located in the area. (Participation in the exhibition involves payment).

Call for Company Presentations

Companies wishing to apply for an oral slot in one of the session tracks are invited to submit their application abstract via the conference website, in accordance with the submission guidelines, before the abstract submission deadline of Monday, April 8, 2019.

Presenters must hold one of the following positions in the Company: Chairman of the Board, CEO, CFO, VP Business Development, VP Operations, VP Business Development, VP Technologies and General Manager.
